For a limited time, Pono Home is partnering with organizations in our geographic service areas (Oahu, Big Island, Maui). The organization makes $20 per referral to promote a free Pono Home audit and, if the participant wants, they can have us also do free installations of LEDs and other high efficiency fixtures. Yes, free.

To reiterate, this is 100% free for the participant.

How is it free? Every person who pays a HECO, MECO, or HELCO bill pays into a fund called the Public Benefit Fund, and that fund is used to help people who need it get relief on their energy bills. We have been a primary residential contractor in this program for more than 5 years, and have served over 15,000 homes, always with aloha.

What’s the process and what kinds of organizations qualify for this? 

We are in business to save the planet – we will partner with just about any organization! The process to start is simple. Email info@ponohome.com with your organization’s name, along with some data – instagram followers, newsletter subscribers, and the like. Pono Home will pay your organization $20 for each participant that gets at least an audit. Simple.
